Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or in a senior leadership role overseeing business units or departments.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational improvements, and team development.
Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and organizational operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
