Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Provide cross-functional leadership support, enabling executive decision-making and fostering alignment across departments.
Oversee key projects, operational workflows, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and goal attainment.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders, including partners, clients, and board members.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, promoting integrity and accountability.
Prepare briefings, reports, and communication strategies to keep leadership and stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in strategic advisory, executive operations, or chief of staff roles supporting senior leadership.
Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives, streamlining operations, and enabling executive effectiveness.
Strong understanding of organizational strategy, corporate planning, and internal communications.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
