Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney

The position has a hybrid schedule in Westchester County, NY

A client of TGC is searching for a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, negotiation and oral advocacy skills
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate disputes
• Attend and argue motions in court under supervision
• Manage case files and support senior attorneys in client communications
• Participate in litigation strategy meetings and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with commercial real estate exposure
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
• Articulate communicator with professional presence in court
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Experience in or exposure to federal court litigation preferred
